This page explains what information Harry & Boo Barber collects through this website, why, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
The only information this website collects directly is what you choose to type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and message. Nothing else is asked for. There is no account to create and no payment is taken through this site.
How we use it
An enquiry form submission is forwarded by email, via Resend, to Harry & Boo Barber's operator. It is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.
Analytics
This site can use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. It does not run by default and does not run until you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply do not respond, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site, which resets the banner.
What we don't collect
This site takes no payment details and holds no account or membership data. There is nothing of that kind for us to protect or for you to ask us to correct, because it does not exist here.
Security and retention
Enquiry form submissions are sent by email and are retained for as long as that email exists in the operator's inbox. We take reasonable steps to keep that inbox secure, in line with standard email-provider practice, but we make no representation beyond that.
Accessing, correcting, or deleting your information
If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, contact us the same way you would make an enquiry: through the enquiry form on this site. We will respond to that request directly.

This policy describes this website only. It does not cover information collected in person, in the shop, which is a separate matter from what this site collects.
